Watching the July 4th parade, which goes down the street a block from my house. The city has a contest for people who live along the parade route to decorate their houses; I've no doubt this was an entry.

The Shriner's old-men-in-tiny-cars motif is getting out of hand. They used to just have the above. Now they have these:





This is the marching band of my high school alma mater, which seems to have gotten considerably more lenient since I was in it thirty years ago. We had to wear heavy wool uniforms and huge fake fur shakos.
