Possibly the most jingoistic tree dedication I've ever seen (on the same walk, up at the Civic Center). If you click through to the large size, you can read it. The black phoebes like to use the pedestal as a hunting perch and they crap all over it. And the "mighty oak" it dedicates is still fairly wimpy as far as oaks go.
