Sunday morning doodle...

I never know what's going to come out when I do these things. Not a fish this time. I usually draw kind of cartoony eyes, but lately I've developed this thing for golden ones. Just not quite human. ;)

I succumbed and opened an account at DeviantArt.com. For a long time the quality of stuff on the main page intimidated me, but there actually are other amateurs there, so I decided to jump in. Amazingly, that place is more of a timesuck than here. So many pretties to look at. I started an account for John's woodworking stuff, too. Funny, his things stay on the front woodworking page, for quite a while, just because there are so many less woodworking submissions than drawings and paintings.

Anyone else have an account there so I can friend you?

Dummy me - we finally got DSL and I keep forgetting to put on RadioParadise.com. Internet radio was a major reason we got it. Look what they're playing! Ah, memories - I have got to get this series on DVD at some point. I added agentcooper awhile ago just because of it. No, I kid you - I just liked his writing. His Kyle MacLachlan icon didn't hurt though.

(I have this CD, but it would take some digging to get it out.)

Now they're playing Neil Finn - Human Kindness and before that they were playing Mark Knopfler - Shangrila.
