John's sleep deprivation is affecting more than him! I just realized I dozed off at my desk. Not for more that a minute, but I woke myself up with a small but audible groan.

*Looks around guiltily*
Hope no one saw/heard me. Just what most people think state workers do all the time anyway.

I have nodded off at my desk staring at the computer more than once. I have been friggin' exhausted for over a week now, and no amount of sleep seems to appease it.

I know one of these days I will awaken to find my nose permanent jammed between two keyboard keys and I will be stuck.
