senoritafishI made a journal for my father a few months ago, thinking I would put some of his stories in it. It has sat there empty ever since. So today, after a bit of panic when I couldn't remember the password I had set for it, I asked him to tell me a story after I figured it out. deadwood_bob, after his SASS handle, if you're interested in some pre-, during, and post-WW II era stories of life in Southern California. I'll try to have him tell me a story on a regular basis - I know he''s full of them, and it will start jogging his memory for when we do the Veteran's History thing. Besides, I need to start talking to my father more. He's not going to be around forever.
Today's was a bit of a funny one.
