senoritafishWell, since John is feeling better, I've come to work today. I'm telling everyone to keep their distance from me as I don't know if I'm contagious or not - I feel ok, except for occasional queasiness, which I can't be sure isn't just in my head. I figured I would spend most of the day in the microscope room, away from everybody, but of course today, seems to be the day when K. and V. decide to as well.
Claims now wants my approved training request forms for the training I took in Sacramento before they will reimburse my per diem, and of course I can't find one of them. Darn it, they've never asked for them before. Just as well, I need to clean off my desk anyway. Actually, the Office of Training & Development should have copies, so I'll just give them a call. Figures, you'd think Claims could call the office IN THE SAME TOWN to see about it rather than contacting me AT THE OTHER END OF THE STATE to fax it to them. That might be too efficient, hmmm?
Hmm, why is Ryo-ohki under my desk, tangled up in my computer cables? She's usually sitting on top of my computer. Maybe she was trying to fix something. After all, she is part spaceship...
