senoritafishJohn was/still is a great admirer of the late Payne Stewart (the professional golfer); especially the pro's mode of dress. So, he has a special pair of argyle socks he wears golfing and calls them his "Payne Stewart Memorial Socks." (That is, if I haven't borrowed them first.)
