Unfortunately, defaced recently. The white stuff is chalk and will come off next time it rains, but the black is paint. Grrr.

Haven't seen these cold war remnants(playground equipment) for many years. We have a cement dolphin (weird a dolphin in the middle of Ohio?) and one similar to the middle picture. Wonder when they were first made, installed, & how much longer they'll be around.
