Avalon picked out this cookbook at the bookstore, and wanted to make this recipe from it. A little heavy on the cream cheese, but still tasty. I'm not sure whether the recipe actually called for the Fruit Snacks on the top, but she thought they'd be a good idea.

Snazzy!
Speaking of heavy on the cream cheese, Scott and I made a cheesecake on Thanksgiving that contained THREE POUNDS of cream cheese. Together, scott, the dogs, and I ate about a quarter of that humongous cake and I gave the rest away. Yum nummy, but it was too much!

Nummers, but yeah, that's a LOT of cream cheese! I think in this case, it needed to be whipped a bit more so there was more air in it, but my arm was getting tired; we don't have an electric mixer.
