The result of our standing in line for an hour and a half Sunday night. I think it fulfills a part of my mother-in-law's request. The minute we got in line I regretted that I was wearing my Christmas sweatshirt; I was roasting the whole time. Avalon was less than impressed.



I found it rather sad that the kids don't really get to talk to Santa anymore. He just arranges them on his lap. But he looked pretty tired so I'll give him a break, because I made him hold three at once

Yeah, she was tired and almost asleep on Mom's shoulder, then all of a sudden in some stranger's lap. She was none too pleased and quite loud about it. Mall Santas must be patient people.
