Neat! Someone gave me this plant a little while ago - it's actually a cactus, called either "Dancing Bones" - because the segments are so small and thin, and blow around with the wind- or "Drunkard's Dream" - because the segments are slightly bottle-shaped. I'm inclined to favor the former. Anyway, I'm happy to see a bunch of tiny new segments beginning to grow!

We'd had a speaker for my garden club a little while ago, talking about succulents -cactuses and Euphorbias. She'd brought along several kinds of these and I thought they were pretty neat (nobody else did, they thought they were kind of ugly). The same lady visited my friend recently and gave her one, and my friend passed it on to me. Thank you, nice Garden Club lady!

It's really little right now - I think the photo is bigger than it actually is - but it's supposed to look nice in a hanging basket. I'm doing my best not to kill it.
