On the way back from lunch, I was behind an older Honda Accord with a license plate that said "WHINGER." Does that mean something else here in the States, because all I could think of is what it means in Australia? Because it just made me chuckle. It even turned into our parking lot where I was hoping I could run in, get my camera and photograph it. Unfortunately, they just circled the lot and then left again.
Someone else was parked in our lot with the hugest honkin' RV I've ever seen. The business end of it was full-size semi, with instead of a sleeper cab attached, an entire 50-ft. RV. Not a trailer mind you; this was all of a piece. Good lord. It must have been somone coming in to buy a fishing license. It pulled out of the parking lot and took of down the road, blowing a horn like a freight train. I wouldn't think an RV park had spaces big enough for the thing.
