I added the word "Associate" to my email signature and used it in an email for the first time yesterday .

It felt quite surreal.

Thanks so much; I'm trying to be positive and suppress the feeling that I've made a big mistake. I did all of my agonizing in the post before last, but I was a bit windbaggy in that one.
