Which carnivore are you?

this quiz was made by hypothermya

You are
A Butterwort!

For the longest time, no one actually realized that this plant was carnivorous. It was simply a common household plant that (for some reason or another) had a lot of bugs that died on its leaves. But no one particularly cared. It made itself useful in other ways, helping to curdle milk to create butter. It was easy, really, to overlook its deadly nature. The Butterwort is found all over the Northern Hemisphere, and even has some tropical varieties. Its leaves are covered with an oily slick substance, and once insects are attracted by the scent and the glimmer of the leaves, they are stuck to the surface of the plant by that same liquid. Called “pings” in cultivation, they are often raised for the beauty of their flowers, which resemble orchids. These plants do a great job masquerading a normal.

My kids have been bugging me for a Venus Flytrap.

(And while this is a fairly cool quiz, if you must use red on a black background, could you use a heavier font? I really have to squint to read this.)
