< minor rant >
I find it very difficult to believe that as large a company as Starbucks, with an equally large and fancy website, does not offer the option of changing your email address as part of your account profile. You can change your phone number, you can even change your street address. However, if you change your ISP and therefore your email, you have to unregister all of your cards, and create a totally new account.
Am I the only one to whom this seems ludicrous? It seems highly unlikely to me that most of their customers are going to change their phone numbers or street addresses more often than their email.
