When it was first built there was no fencing, and the front was entirely gravel with a few barrel cacti and ocotillo plants, It really suited it. When they sold it later, the owners put a lawn, white fencing and palm trees, which cover up one of the "wave" portions of the house.

I don't understand. If you're going to pay an exorbitant price for a house that's a pretty much a piece of art, why cover it all up?
