As far as Easter candy goes, I'm not big on Peeps. My mother, however, loved marshmallow enough that she would order it on sundaes, and when she got the hankerin', would toast them on our electric stove burners. Sometimes she'd make a s'more, but mostly it was just the marshmallow.

She loved Peeps. So in her memory, down the hatch.
