Purchased by my dad last night from Trader Joe's: Blueberry Cranberry Mango Bran Muffins by the Zen bakery.

Is that overkill or what? Not a huge fan of bran muffins, but I brought one for lunch anyway.

The multigrain sourdough bread with sesame and sunflower seed from the same establishment makes excellent toast though. I munched it in the car on the way to work. ^__^

Edit 5:30 pm: Since I am doing food commentary today, I might as well mention that I am also unimpressed with the new white chocolate Reese's Peanut Buttercups I snagged from the machine downstairs. It might as well be coated in wax. Milk chocolate stands up to the peanut butter much better.

The stir-fry I made with asperagus, broccoli and shrimp last last night turned out pretty tasty though.

Like a bran muffin. With little sour bits thrown in.
