We're watching the Pooh DVD Doug loaned us at Thanksgiving.

I've watched this a jillion times since this first came out in 1968, and I just noticed something.

I know most of all those little internet/messenger abbreviations were around long before the internet. I think I just dicovered the origin on one: TTFN. Tigger says it just after meeting Pooh and Piglet for the first time.

"TTFN - Ta Ta for Now!" Boing, Boing, Boing, Boing...

Really?

TTFN? Really? You didn't realize that before?

Did you also know that the Hamster Dance is actually the music from Disney's Robin Hood, but just sped up?

Nope. I'm notoriously behind. Of course, probably the last time I watched it was way before we got a computer at home. It just never sank in before.

Now I have to find Hamster Dance. Robin Hood is one of my favorites, in all its permutations. :)
