megthelegend's recent post (which LJ would not let me comment on - grrr, that's been happening a lot lately...)
Last week, Gareth and Angus perhaps inspired by the Alton Brown cooking videos they've been watching, started concocting something in the kitchen while I was distracted by something else.
Suddenly I noticed that it had gotten entirely too quiet in there. I heard "recipe" and "we need some more ingredients," which made me suspicious, so I poked my head in. I discovered they had already mixed up a vile brew of orange juice, ketchup, mustard, and dish soap. I'm not sure, but there may have been some cinnamon and whole wheat flour as well. They were busy mixing it up in a large plastic cup with a wooden spoon, and were industriously searching out more ingredients. It was sitting on our wooden stool, which had a puddle of orange juice around its legs (probably Avalon "helping"). Angus was climbing up the counter and had his hand on the chili powder. Maybe it would have made good bug spray.
At least your chibi's mixture doesn't sound toxic. I used to drink root beer or pepsi with milk; I think I got the idea from Laverne and Shirley. It's kind of like a float, if the ice cream was melted. What flavor Fanta?

The last calendar page I got from her (Goten - August 2002) has been very lonely hanging in my bathroom with no one to follow him. Saturday was my birthday, so finding she was back up was a wonderful gift.
