senoritafishMy last name is the same as a city in Nevada, which is more known for serious gambling than bright lights and showgirls. It's next to a river but not a lake. When people ask how to spell my name, I often tell them, "...like in Nevada," but if I'm talking to someone back east, this doesn't work very well.
While cleaning off my desk today, because it needs to be done, and I lack motivation to do muck else, I came across a fax leader sheet. I don’t know how old it was or why it didn't go in the recycle box the day I got it. I'm sure I told the person who sent it to me how my name was spelled, as above. However, this was addressed to Leeanne Waffle.
Maybe they were trying to tell me something. Or maybe it made me chuckle. Anyway, now that I've recorded it here, into the recycling it goes! One less paper in my life - go me!
