I'd like to go and hear some stories. It's the reason I look at my friends page every day, and why I listen to public radio and Prairie Home Companion. The event in San Francisco is going to have Armistead Maupin as a guest - wouldn't that be great to hear? Although the one in L.A. is fairly near my brother's house, I could go drag him along. I bet he'd love to see Armistead Maupin - he got me to read all those "Tales of the City" books - maybe I should suggest a road trip?
