river2sea72 inspired me...
These are called Eye of the Tiger irises... the Jetfire daffodils I planted among them for Gareth didn't make much of a showing. Maybe next year.
Does anyone know what these are? I think they came in a packet of wildflower seeds, but they've been blooming since they came up last summer.

gardening told me they are Linum gradiflorum or scarlet flax. I remember seeing that name on the packet but I think it's the only thing that came up from it.
This is about the the only time of year parts of my yard looks decent. :p
