Think about what cities or towns you've lived in (not just visited) in your life, and post them in your journal:

• Whittier CA - where I was born, and also where my grandmother lived, till I was 1


• Huntington Beach CA - one house from age 1-7, then a different part of town until I got my first apartment, in still another part of town


• Arcata CA - when I transferred to Humboldt State University and lived in the dorms (Redwood Hall) for a year


• Eureka CA - my friend Mara and I rented a damp house where mushrooms grew in the shower


• Bridgeport CA - my first job for an entire summer, for the Forest Service, reconstructing endangered trout streams


• Arcata CA - Mara and I found a drier apartment, closer to school after my car died


• Seattle WA - stayed with my brother while going through foreign fisheries observer training, then again between trips


• Brisbane QLD Australia - an exchange student at University of Queensland for a year


• Huntington Beach again


• Dover NH - 7 months while I was a gillnet vessel observer


• Portsmouth NH - 2 months - moved in with a friend after my lease was up


• Seal Beach CA - after getting a permanent job where I work now, with two male roomates


• Huntington Beach CA - In a 22ft RV in a RV park near the beach with John and two cats for a year


• Huntington Beach CA - asked by my dad to move in with him after my mom passed away, got married and been there ever since

And probably a few other stays in HB between other places not listed - I always seem to come back here. In any case, I'm done with wandering for awhile.
