senoritafishOn Tuesday, John got me roses that are every color of the sunset. And a little stuffed Ein. Heh, he actually does pay attention.
Although by today, I'm disappointed that the roses are beginning to droop, and I had to hide Ein bcause the kids find him smooshier than I do. Maybe I'll take some rose pictures. Normally they are not my favorite flower, being far too fussy to live in my yard, and the ones from the florist have had the smell bred out of them. I liked this assortment much better than the usual monochrome red.
I had rushed to Target at lunchtime, wondering what I could get for $15, but then I remembered we paid off the Target card, so I could use it. I got him a set of horseshoes, and a DVD of Men At Work - one of his favorites. (Oh lookit, somebody threw away a perfectly good white boy!)
