John was telling me the other day that he had seen toy kid's microscopes on sale in some flyer, as a future gift idea. After he left the room, Angus came up and asked me plaintively "Why are they only for toy kids?"
I have been boring lately. Was hoping for a bit of snuggling this evening, and even tried to get the kids to bed early, but John has been wheezing all damn day and it just kept getting worse. He fell asleep after spaghetti.
Must be some new pollen. His grandmother (also a severe asthmatic) is visiting from Michigan and spent last night in the emergency room after a really bad attack. She and his mom were on their way to camping for the weekend.
It always kind of trips me out that John is only a year younger than I am, but his granmother is only two years older than my dad.
