My mother-in-law just phoned. She works for American Honda and is in charge of their alternative fuel vehicles program, so she is constantly travelling to different trade shows around the country, promoting them. She had to go to Florida this weekend and caught some kind of stomach flu; she spent the whole time throwing up. At least she had room service to bring her ginger ale, but one time she didn't make it to the bathroom. Poor woman - it's bad enough being sick, but worse when you can't be in your own bed.
As she said, "It was a lovely place to be sick in."

She was bugging me about going and having our pictures taken. I'll have to call my friend Toby; she takes pictures at Walmart. Although I don't like the store, I can at least give her a reason to keep her job.
