There is a pod of dolphins in this picture! Really! Click through to see the note where they actually are.

They were moving really slowly, but not spending much time at the surface; the water was choppier than it looks and what with the shutter delay, I got a bunch of lovely pics of plain, gray water. :p

That's actually an oil rig about a mile offshore (the one to the right and behind it is two miles). I've always imagined they were pirate ships, though. They have look of masts and a poop deck. ;)

The clouds did look really close.
