Note to self - take clearer notes. What the hell does "vessel count across fruity arms" mean?

Why don't I have a laptop like most of the other associate biologists do?
Oh well, I probably can't type that fast anyway...
Also my predecessor is moving into an office with a door, and leaving me boxes of files and stacks of paper, which I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with thinking I've got to read all this crap.
A bright spot is that I think I get his old cube, which is right next to the window, which will be nice. However, I haven't gotten any official notice yet.
