Especially her adult stuff, the combination of human and animal, and it looks so believable! I am looking behind me for my tail - I believe I should have one! (And that comic about the unicorn and the dragon - Hee, hee (oh I am a naughty girl)!
And Mia Tavonetti - I think is a neighbor of mine. She seems to be based in Newport Beach or Laguna Beach, which are the next two towns south of me! Both are very artsy communities, very affluent with lots of art galleries. Those mosaics are gorgeous - if they are actually installed in elementary schools like the site says, Newport is more affluent than I thought! The most I see at schools around here are murals drawn by the students! But I'm going to have to look for her "How to Paint Sea-Life in Oils." I see she went to CSU-Long Beach; I have many friends who went there, and I drive by it myself often. Now, that I remember I was officially a student there for the year I spent in Austalia, but I never actually took any courses there. I think I heard they have a scientific illustration program, which I'd be very interested in.
