About to drive down to San Diego to attend part of a Pacific Fisheries Management Council meeting. I have a state vehicle, so at least I have a radio to listen to on the 2 hour drive. Just going to be sitting and listening for today, to fishermen and processors arguing about why they need more of the harvest guideline than their fellows. Should be interesting.

Yawn.
