senoritafishI have been after John to go see Al Franken tonight at Cal Tech. It's a book signing, so it's free. The kids are sick again so one of us will have to stay home, and I don't want him giving me, "I never get to leave the house, but I don't want to go anywhere by myself." I want him to go have some fun, and see someone who will make him laugh.
He called and told me he's going to go. Good. I told him he should take his friend Jerry, who just lost his job and could use a laugh as well.
And I already bought the damn book, anyhow.
